Most documents published by the IEEE are in PDF form. Windows users will need the latest Adobe Acrobat Reader to view these documents. Linux users are advised to use the latest default PDF viewer of their distribution.

Compressed documents (extensions .zip, .rar, etc) need to be decompressed before they can be used. 7-Zip is an excellent free and open-source archive manager that can handle all popular compression algorithms.
