National workshop on Mathematical Modeling for Performance oriented Heuristic techniques and its applications to industry

Dear Sir/Madam, We take immense pleasure in informing you that we are organizing a National Workshop on Mathematical Modeling for Performance Oriented Heuristic Techniques and its Applications to Industry during 7th -11th December 2009 at M S Ramaiah Institute of Technology, Bangalore, sponsored by the Department of Science and Technology (DST), New Delhi.

This workshop is jointly organized by the Department of Operations Research & Statistical Quality Control, Rayalaseema University, Kurnool, AP and Department of Industrial Engineering & Management, M S Ramaiah Institute of Technology, Bangalore.

The main focus of this workshop is to impart the very essentials of heuristic techniques and its real time applications. It also helps in Industry –Institute Interaction. We request you to depute a faculty member for participation in this workshop and make this workshop a grand success. TA/DA will be paid for the participants as per the government norms.
