Proctor System

Dear Parents,

The Proctorial System is introduced with the main objective of providing supportive care and advice to the students and to help them in their academic problems and personal problems if any, from time to time and to counsel them appropriately. This system would help the students to complete their studies comfortably and successfully.

Efforts are made to send the progress reports of each student to his/her parent/guardians furnishing the details of attendance, class marks, examination results, etc. These reports are sent twice in a semester (at the end of 45 days & 90 days) to the parents/guardians of all the students. The third is sent in case of such students who fail to satisfy minimum 85% attendance in all subjects & internal Marks of 50% in each of the laboratories, drawings, workshops etc as per the University Stipulations.

The PROCTORIAL process is made more effective by web enabling the SIS (Students Information System). All the students and their parents are given Login ids on the MSRIT web, so as to access the SIS which gives the status of attendance, marks, time table, lesson plans, etc, and other relevant informations from time to time.

In view of the recent ban on the usage of mobile phones in the campus, parents are requested to direct their wards strictly not to carry the mobile phones to the college. Violation of the rule would result in the confiscation of the phone and stringent action by the college and the university.

The Proctorial system has received an excellent response and encouragement during the previous years. However, continuous efforts are being made to give the best services from our institution.

To make the Proctorial process more fruitful you are requested to interact with the Principal/Vice Principals/HODS/Chief Proctor/Deputy Chief proctor/Proctor/Faculty members from time to time and give your valuable suggestions.
